Andy
Watts is one of eight community members promoting SmartSwap,
our effort to encourage citizens to replace 50,000
incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) by
mid-April.
Of the 110 bulbs in
his house on Cedar Street
,
Andy has already swapped in 50 CFLs and 10 LED lamps to realize
significant savings in his electric bill.
An "energy star" indeed!
